Blue Peter Music Badge

Gabriel’s latest adventure took a musical twist, thanks to none other than his friend and real-life inspiration, Captain Ali! Featured in his book The Adventures of Gabriel. 

Recently, she gave Gabriel the chance to try something new, her clarinet.

Gabriel, who’s been enjoying keyboard for a while now, was thrilled at the chance to try a different instrument. With Ali’s guidance, he learned to produce his first  proud squeaks.

Gabriel’s face light up as he explored the clarinet’s unique sound with Ali encouraging him, he managed a handful of notes.

This musical endeavour helped Gabriel earn his Blue Peter Music Badge!

The badge recognised his interest and dedication in taking on new instruments and combining his skills across them, bringing his passion for music to life in a whole new way.

Adding the badge to his growing collection, Gabriel was thrilled, and we both marvelled at how his adventures keep inspiring new achievements.
