Private Agreement between the parties

And

hereinafter “member” 

Section A 

1. Service Offer

Gabriel's Adventure Club (“the club”) is a private membership club for those of mankind only to share knowledge of business and how to be well in the world; the club is hosted by the principal ; life-time membership is free; membership provides exclusive access to a range of knowledge, property and time; all activities through or within the club occur within the private domain as under the rules of the common law of England; your order confirms your acceptance of the agreement, membership and laws of the club;

2. Full Disclosure

The principal  agrees to use her  best endeavours to provide disclosure of potential risks involved a consequence of membership whether financial or otherwise which may be reasonably foreseeable or are to be expected in the ordinary course of events during or following the provision of services listed.

2. Service Acceptance

The member, enters into this agreement of his/her own free will; the member, chooses to establish this agreement between the member, and the principal;

The member agrees  to be responsible for his/her  own actions and for the consequences of how the member may apply any of the knowledge the member gains here;

The member attests that his/her actions on this and any subsequent visit to this website or to any event or to any place provided within or by the club (including electronic communications) are by the member, in his/her own right and private capacity under the rules of the common law of england (‘thecommon law) as a wo/man, in contradistinction to (i) an agent or representative under statutory jurisdiction, and/or (ii) with the intention to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation.  The member understands that any such actions  will be considered a trespass under the common law by way of barratry and that the member       will become immediately liable to compensate by way of agreed damages under this agreement, in the amount of US $100,000 plus US $10 for each minute the trespass continues;

The member, agrees not to share, copy, reproduce, or sell any of the property offered here, without first obtaining the explicit written consent of the member who did create it;

The member agrees to act under the common law, and not to engage in abusive, violent, irresponsible, menacing, destructive or harassing behaviour towards any other member, lest his/her membership be dismissed, and any and all access to any and all time and/or property offered by or through the club cease;

The member agrees that in consideration of the service provided under this agreement to provide the principal with reasonable compensation and value in fiat currency payment permitted under the common law namely specie or US dollar;

The member agrees digitally to autograph this agreement, without coercion, in exchange for access to the benefits offered by or through the club, and does acknowledge that the member has read, understand and agreed to the laws of the club.

4. Declaration by member upon personal responsibility

I, am a wo/man of sound mind, rational and fully cognisant of my immediate reality and my place in it, with full mental capacity to enter into this contract;

I accept full personal responsibility for any negative consequences, whether actual or perceived, that may result from experiencing thoughts or feelings or taking decisions or actions based upon the provision of any service provided under this contract;

I accept full and absolute responsibility for any disclosed or discussed consequences upon the provision of services under this agreement and shall not hold the principal responsible for any loss or harm, whether actual or perceived, resulting from services provided subject to clause 4 in Section B below;

I accept full and absolute responsibility for any consequences which have not been discussed or disclosed with the principal unless such consequences were reasonably foreseeable or to be expected in the ordinary course of events following provision of the services and a failure to discuss them being a breach of clause 2 in section A above.

Section  B 

It is hereby agreed between the parties that    

Absolute personal accountability and responsibility remains with the member and the principal, at all times;

Any obligation owned by the the principal to the member, is strictly personal, and non-transferable and not assignable to any third party whatsoever;

Nothing herein may be waived or amended except in writing and agreed and autographed by the parties;

Nothing herein agreed is intended to limit any duty of care owed by the principal to the member, Jurisdiction, Language and Remedy

This agreement stands under the rules of the common law of England (“the common law”) which stands in contradistinction to both inferior statute law and to superior spiritual law. The rules of the  common law, which include but are not limited to rules of the law merchant is the highest jurisdiction of man-made law and jurisprudence for men and women sojourning on, in, under, or above the archipelago landmasses, including, but not limited to, submerged areas, commonly known as the “British Isles” and/or the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The language of the common law is the English language in accordance with the rules of English grammar. Settlement and agreement under the common law is by contract with remedy on appeal by virtue of superior claim under  jurisdiction of spiritual law.
